What You'll Do
As an R&D Specialist at Rare Breed, you’ll explore, test, and help implement new strategies, formats, tools, and ideas that redefine how we teach and how students learn.
Research Modern Learning Trends & Technologies
Investigate emerging educational models (microlearning, gamification, AI-driven learning, etc.) and assess their fit within Rare Breed’s teaching philosophy.
Develop Innovative Learning Experiences
Help prototype new course formats, tools, teaching techniques, or platform features that make learning more engaging, effective, and scalable.
Run Experiments & Analyze Results
Design and execute tests or pilots to gather real user feedback, usage data, and outcomes. Use insights to refine or pivot fast.
Collaborate with Content, Product, and Tech Teams
Bring a research-backed perspective to curriculum development, platform UX, and content innovation.
Document & Share Learnings
Create internal reports, presentations, and guidelines that translate findings into actionable improvements across the company.
